However, improvements could be made in terms of accessibility and attention to guests with disabilities.

Professional staff were who was super supportive and was chocked that the receptionist refused, everything was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, had variety of options. Central location adjacent to Cevahir mall and the metro and fun generally, it was in a commercial area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. the Spa & wellness center was an absolute treat, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services that left me feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool on the sun terrace was also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas that made for a relaxing day under the sun.

The only minor issue I encountered was a delay in receiving my in-room breakfast on one morning. the staff quickly resolved the situation and went above and beyond to ensure I had a satisfying meal.

It is just a short 4-minute walk to the Cavahir Mall, making it a haven for shopaholics like myself. Additionally, the hotel boasts a panoramic view on the 6th floor, providing guests with a lovely view of the surrounding area.

No major issues encountered, everything was just fine.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I am on the road half my life. The staff prepared my room by 9 a.m., which was extremely nice. Great room, bed like a dream, excellent selection of movies. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, with a broad choice of food. The fitness room and spa are great, and the pool is open until 11 p.m. The attention, service, and kindness were so special, this is what a hotel guest must have felt like in Agatha Christie's novels.

Lost my laptop in a safe, scrambled for a meeting but landed a cake instead. Could hear sultans snore, got lost within 291 rooms, and found myself in a TV chair pulpit. U-turned right into the mist, joined a fruit cult, then mastered banquets. The bathroom felt like a spa.until I found the jacuzzi, bath good for boat parties. No time for synagogues, just steak and eggs. Sisli Square dusks add good charm - quite busy for a madrilena like me!
